I have realy been considering getting a Kahr as a back up weapon. As slim as it is it should fit in the trauma plate pocket of my vest nicely.

Excellent choice. I just traded my PM9 recently for a HD shotgun as I already carry a G19. The PM9 was a great shooter for it's size. What is the magazine capacity on the CW9? And if I'm not mistaken, the CW9 has a steel frame which would make it heavier and probably less recoil than the lighter PM series.

Very nice. I've looked at Kahrs before and probably will again. If the thing feels good in your hand, that's what you want. And if it shoots straight whenever you pull the trigger, who could ask for more?

The CW9 is less than 1# unloaded so it does have a kick even in 9mm but not much more than my G19. Carried a Glock for most of my 12 years of CC but I think this one has fits the bill a little better. The biggest advantage is the slimness of the gun. Don't even know it is them when I use my inside the pants holster.
