Back when I got my LTCH, they didn't have any of that fancy online processing. It took 15 weeks to get mine, lucky dog.

I chose the lifetime 2 years ago and it took about 8 weeks to get mine! Oh well never have to worry again!

Until they discontinue the lifetime option, revoke all lifetime licenses, and make us go to 6 month licenses, which will take 8 months to receive...

L1 is the electronic method of sending fingerprints to the ISP. You do your paper work online, go to the L1 place, do your L1 prints, bring the remaining paperwork to the police station, they check it, then you send it to the ISP. The turn around is 1-2weeks then.

Thanks. I didnt know that. Back years ago mine prints was done on a scanner, but not this time for some reason.
