Here's my 2012 buck I made a Euro mount out of. I've done a few before but this time I cheated and used a pressure washer after I boiled and scraped it. Worked like a charm! A few hours in a hydrogen peroxide bath and a few coats of polyurethane it was all done. I made the plaque out of a few sconces from goodwill, so the whole thing only cost me a few bucks.

Only way to do it IMHO. My dad's pressure washer is actually a 4000 psi "steam cleaner" so I can boil and pressure wash in one shot. No scraping involved, just blows everything off, even blows the brains right out if you shoot the stream up the hole where the spinal cord goes.
