Ahem... where's that baby's shooting glasses? I see the muffs...
Good looking bunch. And what a way to spend a birthday! Congrats on that, and the impending arrival.

And remember, kids. The family that shoots together, stays together!

Congrats, and Happy Birthday! It's nice to see members using the RB range in February! It was on the cool side, yesterday.

Excellent birthday! And congrats on the new addition to your family. Pretty soon you'll have plenty of Similac cans to shoot at :D

Can't think of a better way to spend a birthday! And good-looking family.

    Trust that nobody got slide-bit?

LMAO nope, and I don't know how. I didn't catch it when he shot my 9mm, but corrected it when he tried my Kimber 1911. The AR24 has an extended beaver tail and the slide doesn't come down very far like a CZ75.

Edit... actually that was my Walther P22. Guess he was used to shooting revolvers or has seen too many bad movies for grip technique ;)

We talked to our doctor about it, we researched all that we could online. It is an acceptable and minor risk. We don't believe in altering our lifestyle for a basic part of life. You wouldn't expect her to not ride in a vehicle for 9 months would you? That is 10x the risk that shooting presents. She didn't handle lead, I cleaned all the guns. Do you know the noise decibel reduction of ear plugs? 30 to 35db on ave. The decibel reduction of skin, fat, muscle, membrane, and fluid? 50 to 60db. Colt is just fine.

That's why I said "an unecessary risk". Vehicles can (debatably) be considered fairly necessary.

Like I said that's up to you & I hope it all turns out well. It's just that so many things CAN go wrong with such a little bit of exposure.

Congrats on the upcoming kid. :yesway:
