I took this buck yesterday morning (firearms opener) with my .458 SOCOM from the same tree that I took my 2009 buck:

I green scored him last night at 166" gross, 153" net.

Right in the ribcage on the left side. The entrance wound is barely visible in the pic a few inches above the scope's front lens cap.

Nice deer Congrats I also took my first deer with the 458 socom yesterday in the rain. It's a nice 9 pointer but not as big as yours. You've kill alot this year, nice job!

it meats the given criteria wich makes it as legal as a 12 ga slug
