On vacation last month in the DC area, I got the chance to visit the new Marine Corps Museum. It is well worth the trip. They had examples of every weapon that the Marine Corps has used since it's inception in 1775. Ther is even a "range" where you can fire an M16 simulator. I spent the afternoon there with my family and had lunch at the re-creation of the Tun Tavern. Don't miss it if you get the chance.
