I can only assume if the employee said that, it was in jest. You'd be hard pressed to find a better shop anywhere in this state!
also, unless they were more rare samples, their Mosin prices are right in line with everyone else.
Eta: if they were "overpriced", why would you want him to take it down? (Most of the Mosins aren't on the wall, but on the floor in shipping crates.)

Im sorry I didnt realize you were there. It was most assuredly not spoken in jest. They had 2 Mosins in the whole shop. Period. I asked him to take them down because I thought they might have been something special and if they had been $20-30 would not have made a difference to me. Never got to find out. So no, despite your magical experiences, I will not be returning to that shop.
