My wife has moved over 50 times, yes you read that right. (she's not 40yrs old) Her parents have rentals and still have a tough time not buying a house, living in it while fixing it up just to sell it. All that to say they have been there and done that MANY times.
They are very happy with this guy and have used him exclusively for the last several years. My wife and I have used him the last 3-4 times for new home purchase or refi in the last 4-5 years.
