it's been done over and over again.

Let me google that for you

Why don't you prove they are not...

And I could find torture tests for other makes and models. That prove they are just as reliable. So again, that proves nothing. I'm not bashing Glock. In fact, I shot a couple of Glocks at the Crosley shoot last month. I'll admit I was impressed. However, they are still not for me. Glocks are good guns in their own right. I still do not think they are the most reliable though. When I did own my Xd. I had 0 problems with it. It cycled everything I fed it. However, I found a platform that I prefer more so than anything else I have fired. Though, I do not claim they are the most reliable. Only time will tell that. If I can make it to a competition then I will.

Has been discussed before. Both the trigger safety and the grip safety have to be depressed to remove the slide. The moron obviously left a loaded magazine in the firearm. No fault of the gun.

my point exactly, guns don't shoot themselves.

Any Glock AD would have happened, grip safety or no

Glocks, XD, M&P, ect... Most modern firearms will do what you need them to do. As long as it goes bang when you pull the trigger and you hit what you are aiming at, you are goog to go..

Why don't you google all the problems GLOCK has had with AD's and misfires while you are at it?

Plus, the long history of of quality problems from the failed 1991 frisbee test all the way up to some current gen3 guns that won't run with a light attatched and the gen4 recoil spring debacle.

    debacle?

He's talking about the sub-compacts... was there a problem with the G26/27's springs that I didn't know about? :dunno:

I know there wasn't a light problem on the sub-compacts...

Is it that hard to stick with the OP without the bashing guys?

you Glock guys vs. XD guys... :n00b:

This is why I stick to a hammer fired FN. :D

I fall into the "Glock" stereotype for sure, but at the range this past week I held in my cold dead hand one of these for the first time. It felt like an angel shaking my numb fingers, just a beautiful feeling holding this weapon.
