WTS: Mauser 98 sporter (308)

This is a build my friend did for me. It is a mauser 98k large ring receiver with a Federal Ordnance 22'' barrel on a black polymer Corelite stock. It has scope rail. I put a Simmons scope on it and shot 200rnds through it and shot well. Everything is tight and straight. I am not a bolt gun person: dont have the patience.

Does it feed the 308 rounds OK out of the magazine?

Is the barrel a 1X10 twist?

Is the stripper clip guide still in the receiver?

I am not sure how far away you are from Ft Wayne. I am very interested...


ADD to post..I just looked it up, Newton County is probably 150 miles away. Probably won't work for a FtoF with $4.15 gas.
