Scanner traffic discussing suspect description. Name and d.o.b. came from a witness who said a county worker left work early, "which he thought was weird."

3 minutes later shooting started.

Could be something... or nothing.

I don't think he was a witness. I think he was a guy on the street that happened to be in the vacinity this afternoon.
