Start one.
I'm sure if you PM Jedi, he can give you some helpful hints.

Someone needs to organize the event.
You need a place to meet.
Then figure out the help you need, post those positions.
People will start to fill them.

At first, go easy.
Then, you can maybe add grilling and food as times go on.

Same problem they have up near O'Hare airport! People move under the flight paths then complained about the noise. Silly people.

actually the strip is still there, just overgrown with weeds and such. I drove by there last summer and the two lanes are still there, but overgrown and blocked off so you can't get to them except by walking.
