It has been said there is Indiana Law and then there is St. Joseph County Law. So who knows how this is going to end.

Clay has a lot going on this weekend, so not sure if he is going to be able to reply. But the word around the water cooler is that St. Jo County may have tried to make an offer to settle without going to court. However knowing Clay, if this is true, he won't take it.

Sad when I miss things. That's a lot to read. Gist is... he's suing, and now has a court date, right? Tagging to follow, as well.

Side question: Is this the one that TF is waiting on before his goes through?

Congratulations. Hopefully there was some discipline handed down internally as well.
