Go one better and have a second one that is fully functional with spare mags. Might come in handy when that uninvited visitor arrives!! Just knock the lamp head off of it and start explaining to the unwanted individual(s) why they would be better off leaving!!

True. I was thinking the same. Now looking for a cheap non working gun to wire up as a lamp. maybe an old lever action that you have to cycle the lever to turn it off and on!

Use one of those metal airsoft guns or a plastic one. Some of those look exactly like real guns. My buddies kids are always buying them off craigslist.
