Does anyone here have any experiences dealing w/ springfield m1as? my goal when i get home is to put together my sdmr. its an m14 with a sage ebr chassis. im not an armorer by any means, and i have no clue as to what i would need to assemble this thing. its set up to where the scope rides over the top of the bolt. basically, im looking for a parts list of what i would need. so far, ive come up with "EBR Chassis"...and thats it.

Get an M14/M1A variant that is made from as many USGI parts as possible.

There are milspec scope mounts for the M14.
