That doesn't even remotely begin to answer his question of "how much is too much..." That's basically a street price question, and the manufacturer's site sure as heck won't answer that.

I was just at BRADIS the other day and I saw a few in the 1300-1500 range. Not so sure on the mags. You could just get 5 and a speed loader.... just a thought.

I think a stock off the shelf non-national match would be 1500+ The Sportsman Guide has mags for as low as 12.00 each or mil-spec for a few dollars more.

I tried to sell mine last year. With the scope mount and 4 SA mags. for 1600. I never had a serious bight on it.

Go to 44mag.com frequently. They have REALLY good deals on current manufacture USGI 20 rd. mags.

Check out Gunbroker.com for the rifle and subtract about 100 from the average price you see for the model you want and that will put you in the ballpark of price for one.
