I've been told not to expect regular stock until after August...so I decided to pay a little more to not have to wait so long, lol!

    I love my Shield.
I put the rubberized Talon grip on, made me love it even more.
I have 2 holsters, both IWB.
One is a DeSantis with a single belt clip. This is great for the quick trip out.
If I'll be carrying all day, I got an Old Faithful hybrid. It's a Crossbreed type, very comfortable. You can buy their kit and put it together yourself, for $40, that's a pretty good deal.
FWIW, I have a Crossbreed for my full size M&P 9. The Old Faithful is every bit the quality as it is.
    Congrats on the buy!

How shoot able compared to full size?

Can't speak for the 40, but the 9mm shoots just as well as most full size pistols do for me. I shoot my BHP, and my S&W 19 a bit better, but I shoot the Shield much better than a Glock 19, or even a full size M&P.

I tried getting one of these when they first came out and I couldn't get my hands on one. Great looking gun though

I have the 9mm Compact but had the opportunity to shoot a buddy's shield this weekend. Those things are really sweet. I'm gonna buy one if I can find one. :O

So why you want to get rid of it a day later?

The one for sale is the one I bought for my wife, we both have one. She now carries my J frame. I was luck enough to find one for her when they first hit the shelves, then I fell in love with it and couldn't find one for myself until recently. She ended up wanting to carry something a little smaller, so now I've got 2 shields, haha. Good problem to have I guess.

I just got some TruGlo TFO night sights installed. It's a great upgrade.
