On INGO it goes something like this.

The seller wants new price minus 25 or 50 for their used gun.
The buyer refuses to pay more than 50% of new for used gun. Can usually point to some mythical gunshop where they can get it at the same price you're asking(they forget to mention if they have any in stock right now)
The persons trade value when trying to buy a pistol goes for 50% of new. The flip side...the seller thinks you should pay for all the accessories and the gun at full price minus 25 or so and your trade is instantly garbage for them(see mythical gunshop comment above).

Anyway...something like that is usually how it shakes out.

Seems to me they have been dropping in price. Is the Core dropping too? Sales down for M&Ps. Stock for S&W not looking good right now.

Be careful when buying online as I've seen places like Bud's Gun Shop sell M&Ps for $425 or so, but only with one mag. But they don't advertise the one mag thing very clearly. Make sure it comes with 2 mags if you're buying it with that kind of price.

I'm purchasing one tomorrow from midwest gun exchange for $505 out the door. I told them I could get it cheaper online and if there was any wiggle room in the price he said they could do 469 on it. I'd rather buy in person then online guess I'm just old school like that.

You could always sell/trade your 9mm. I prefer shooting the 40. However, when I'm on the line with several 9mm shooters or we have the SMG out, I switch to 9mm so I don't have to sort brass.
