I can't make much comment on your handgun of choice because I have never fired one. However, I just ordered by Sig P220 from Bud's. I thought the wait would kill me, too. I'm still alive! Actually, I ordered by pistol on Friday afternoon (around 5:30PM), and it was at Beech Grove Firearms, ready to be picked up by Tuesday afternoon. After all, the guns are only coming from Lexington, KY.

Ordered mine from Buds last summer, 9mm FS Pro. Light recoil and feels great in the hand.
