I applied the 22nd of january, the non L1 way. I am going to try and get my app number so I can do the L1, to speed it up. But here's the dilema, im moving this weekend to a new access for a few months before buying a house. Do I need to send the address form to ISP both times I move or just redirect mail to my up coming address?

You have 60 days after you move to inform them. If you will be at your final address within 60 days I would just wait until then, if not I would say technically you would have to inform them of both changes, but given the current wait times you might not even get it before then. I would call and ask.
