Actually, as the OP, the gist of the thread was when Bradis started asking to see the LTCH and if it was policy or not.

yeah. And my question was regarding the permit. I wasn't concerned about why/when Bradis checks permits for bags. It was a continuation of the topic

The responsibility of the shop ends at the NICS check. At that point if you want to duck tape the pistol to your forehead and pogo-stick home with or without a license, it's none of their business and not their responsibility.

I'm taking duct tape and a pogo stick with me next time I purchase a pistol.
