Well I just sold my lock 26 and went to show the guy my LTCH and I noticed that some ink was smeared since I'm an idiot and didn't laminate it just had it in a ID carrier. How do I go about filing for a new one and also will it cost me anything?

Is there a website I can go to, to apply for a replacement or do I go to the police station? Not sure where the superintendent's office is?

Are copies of your LTCH considered valid? If so, I like the idea of having a copy in your car.
You know, I would be willing to bet, if one was to a Search of the Site they would find a couple of threads about that very question. Might even find the answer to that in the FAQ also. Just maybe...
