Is there a website I can go to, to apply for a replacement or do I go to the police station? Not sure where the superintendent's office is?

You can apply for a replacement through the Superintendant's office. Cost is $20.00. Just a suggestion, but you should make multiple copies on pink paper BEFORE signing your replacement, then put an original signature on all and laminate them.

You know, I would be willing to bet, if one was to a Search of the Site they would find a couple of threads about that very question. Might even find the answer to that in the FAQ also. Just maybe...Are copies of your LTCH considered valid? If so, I like the idea of having a copy in your car.
