Nothing to see here, Please move along. The response teams just wanted to get some practice in before the Indy race. Will probably do it again before the DNC and RNC Conventions in their respective towns. If they announced it ahead of time, all sorts of unsavory characters would come out to watch and record their tactics. OPSEC is their friend.
