The wife and I moved here 2 years ago for work, and moved into an apartment without ever seeing it. 2 years later we want to move onto greener pastures. We are looking for a house to rent in the Indy area, we both work downtown, her at Lilly, and me, well I cant say, but our home needs to be proximal to downtown. It is just the two of us (both 25) and our dog, Ruger. He doesnt chew stuff up, or do his business inside, he is a great dog.
We want at least 2 bed 1 bath, with a fenced in back yard, and not in the ghetto. A garage and/or 3rd bedroom would be amazing. Our lease here is up Feb. 28th, so we would want to move in around that time.
I dont know our budget, depends on what utilities, extra fees would be. But under $1000/month for sure.
