yep. Like keeping your seatbelt fastened THE ENTIRE time you are in it. Even at cruising altitude after the light goes out, I keep mine on. I do loosen it a couple inches though. Its comfy because its just laying on my lap and I can shift around to stay comfy. But if something like this happens, I'm not leaving my seat, hitting my head, etc.Saw this last week...
