Brotherhood of the Wolf (bonus points for Monica Belucci, who IMHO is the hottest thing to come from Italy since Sophia Loren)

    Idiocracy.

    Kung Fu Hustle

And if you're looking for something really, really, really different (and believe me, I could add at least three more 'really' there), check out Rubber.

Fortress (TV 1985) - IMDb No, not that horrid Christopher Lambert space prison flick. This one is about an Australian school teacher and her remote village school class that is kidnapped into even more remote environs by some lunatics and how they bond together to survive their captivity. It's a very gun-friendly movie.

Shoot to Kill (1988) - IMDb City clicker cop follows a modern mountain man into the wilderness in pursuit of a bank robber/murderer. "*chew* Marmot? What's a marmot?"

Last of the Dogmen (1995) - IMDb Tom Berenger playing essentially the same character as in Shoot to Kill, but this time in search of a lost tribe of Indians.
