If you get the chance watch "Citizen USA: A 50 State Road Trip".

I was just watching it and found it quite moving.

These folks from other countries can tell us more great things about our nation than many citizens born here.

On t.v. and what channel? I saw something on the history channel(I think) that went through different states and their origins.
