    I guess that means appendix carry is off the hook. It would appear that there is a direct correlation to pointing unholstered guns at yourself and "accidents".

    So:
    -He didn't treat the gun as if it was loaded.
    -Pointed the muzzle as something he'd rather not destroy.
    -Had his finger on the trigger.
    -Was treating the gun like a fashion accessory so that he could do something important like taking pictures of himself when he somehow hit the trigger.

    At least he didn't take anyone else out with his stupidity. :facepalm:

    The answer is simple: The NRA is evil. :soapbox: :rolleyes:
