Had one since they first came out. I really like it but i'm not an intensive user and updated from an old beaten iphone 4 so i dont know what other modern phones are like.
I've been using a 32GB WiFi iPad 2 since November 2011, I'm strongly considering upgrading to the air for the higher resolution screen, faster processor and better camera(s). I'm not overly concerned with the weight savings as I feel the difference is negligible.
I am struggling with not getting the iPad Air. I have the last iteration and it still works fine (not a year old). But the specs on the new one and the much lighter weight keep trying to suck me into buying a new one...
See, I think that's a tough call. I'd be more inclined to wait for the iPad Air "2" or whatever the next iteration will be if I had a more current model now.
A few of the folks I work with have the Airs, and say that they blow the doors off of an iPad 2. My wife wanted an iPad, and I could have waited for the Air to come up on my discount (since I work for Apple) but I didn't want to and neither did she. The 2 is still a smokin' little machine, and I haven't found a thing yet that bogs it down. I'm not sure what I'd do with the power in the Air.
I've had my 5S for a while now, (silver) and am very pleased with it. It's fast and does a lot more than I use. Takes great pictures and movies, too. Better than my current digital camera. No regrets on buying it, at all. Only drawback I have with it is that it connects with my trucks bluetooth system a bit slower than my old Razer. Not sure why, but it's still not a deal breaker.
