    I know what I said and I'll stand behind it.

    You on the other hand do cannot make the two halves of your brain comprehend that if you send someone to get a mental evaluation, that YOU have decided they are not stable and need to be deemed stable. remember, you get released from an evaluation by being cleared or being committed. when one goes into a mental evaluation they are trying to not get committed by proving themselves stable, not the other way around. because from an evaluators position the person is unstable and they are trying to be convinced otherwise.
