At least they only fired 9-10 rounds at the helicopter and officers... Thankfully they've banned those Hi-Capacity Clips... If the gunman would have had an Assault Rifle with a pistol grip he would have done alot more damage... Gun Legislation Works...

Figures, the assailant is now the victim and makes his actions OK.

Maybe if the helo was firing at him, I would understand, but I'm sure that's not the case.

Props to the chopper responding to the "shots fired" call and maybe preventing the idiot from shooting someone else. Props to the family members for tackling the idiot. Glad it turned out like it did. I used to know an LAPD helicopter instructor. He was awesome.
