    Three Questions:

    (1) To which Federal penitentiary is he likely to be sentenced?

    (2) Does he get to keep wearing those sweet polo shirts with the embroidered badge when he's in prison?

    (3) Is there any reasonable chance he's not guilty?

    Three Questions:

    (1) To which Federal penitentiary is he likely to be sentenced?

I know of a guy from Indy who was sentenced for similar charges and was placed in Texas, I believe.

    (2) Does he get to keep wearing those sweet polo shirts with the embroidered badge when he's in prison?
    Unlikely.

    (3) Is there any reasonable chance he's not guilty?
    Legally, no.

    Factually, heck no.

    Three Questions:

    (1) To which Federal penitentiary is he likely to be sentenced?

Usually within 500 miles of home, probably a "camp" (minimum security), but that is partially a matter of how long his sentence is.

    (2) Does he get to keep wearing those sweet polo shirts with the embroidered badge when he's in prison?

Maybe some custom embroidery on his orange jumpsuit. Hey, he'll probably drop a few pounds.

    (3) Is there any reasonable chance he's not guilty?

The jury didn't think so, and they're the ones who heard the evidence.

    Thank you, kind sirs.

I don't think he would fare very well at Terre Haute or Marion.

I'm not up on Lake County politics. Are the powers that be just mad that he didn't share or is he taking one for the team?

I think they're bummed that this is over because it frees up the feds to look elsewhere.

Well, there is the mayor of Portage, and something brewing with the several subpoenas served on Porter County gvt- may they shift east for a few months, then back to Lake.

    There's always East Chicago.

Or is that fruit so easy to pick that it gets boring after awhile?

I got to see some reporters doing stand-ups with the federal courthouse in the background....the exciting life of downtown Hammond. We were trying to get a staff member to photo bomb.
