Gun show in Lafayette at the fairgrounds this coming Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-3.

I went to one there a few months ago.
I had a Frosty at the Wendy's across the street.
That was the highlight of the day.

Been there a couple of times where I walked in with money in my pocket and left with a bunch of metal and wood. Other times I left with the money still in my pocket. Pure pot luck on that show, but usually it is better than most small shows.

Hehe very funny. I guess I meant was it worth the admission charge. Surplus ammo, reloading components, etc.

Like said before, Lafayette show is rather hit and miss. More often than not it IS worth the admission price. For me, it's ALWAYS worth the trip, if nothing else, just to drool!

I may be up there this weekend, will have to stop in there and see what is around. The Louisville gun show last weekend was a disappointment... I like the smaller ones anymore. Found my best deal ever on .308 ammo at the small New Albany gun show a few years ago.

I will make it over - in the past have always walked out with something even if very small. It's small but at least the entertainment value is worth the admission price.
