I must have a different mindset than some women. To me I just wouldn't want a colored gun..like pink. To me is pushes me away from the gun. But that's just me.

She isn't into shooting much and we had bought her a 442 airweight that she hated. She liked this one so we bought it and she shot 200 rounds through it and actually had fun. This is one awesome little .380 the felt recoil is very mild and i wanted to shoot it, as compared to firing her sisters LCP and handing it back after 2 rounds. Also the p238 spits out quite a fireball

I highly recommend the p238 to everyone i see looking into .380s it is pricey but i feel it's worth it.

I've used the LCP and I hated it. I love Ruger but I couldn't shoot that gun for crap! I found myself jerking everytime I squeezed the trigger because I anticipated it to go off before it would. Out of a box of 50 I think I hit the can I was aiming for like one time haha.

My first, and currently only, handgun. It goes with me everywhere.
Taurus 709 Slim.

And I took her apart. Yes, I call it a her.

Then, on a whim, I bought a Ruger 10/22 Takedown.

Best on-a-whim decision I've ever made.

Oh, and this is on here somewhere else, but I can share again.

I love my Taurus. It makes me very happy, that's what counts. It may not be everyone's favorite, and I've been told that by many a gun store owner. I, however, do not like the alternatives for a smaller CC piece. My hands aren't 'huge' by any means, but they aren't exactly the smallest out there either, and because of that (and a few other factors) I chose my Taurus.

Now she wants to go boar hunting........of course the gun has long been sold.
Either use the Contender carbine with M4 stock a notch fwd or maybe a '66 Ruger auto.
Not practiced enough to take a handgun of decent pig killin' power.
Was to go shoot today, let her run some through the Python, but she had to work

If she likes the TC then maybe I can get her to blast a deer with it. Maybe.
