I just got off the phone with Woody at Kodiak. They have seriously up graded the back stops on the tactical and the shooting ranges. He says they expect to allow rifle calibers some time after the first of the year!
Upgraded how...seems like you'd allow rifle if already upgraded. Will await word from shooters once open. Thanks for the response though.
Just pasting on the info I was told from the range. Made the call about 15 minutes ago. I didn't make this up. Call for your self. 574-299-8000.
Amen to that, especially if this winter is anything like the last oneI got the same thing via email. Be nice to shoot inside this winter without driving to Midwest Range in Elkhart.
See post #5Loved that place when they had the metal targets.
As far as rifle calibers, i read a comment on their facebook about only allowing pistols ( in pistol calibers). Someone asked about an ar pistol and they were told they were trying to make it more begginer/family friendly and didnt want to scare them off with loud bangs or something to that matter. Little ridiculous to me.
