    Last time I saw the demise of a penny, was in Vietnam. All the MPC was paper and it started at the 5 cent mark. One of the first questions I asked some of the guys after visiting our PX for the first time. All prices were adjusted to compensate.

    If we are going to use a cost benefit standard to evaluate a coin, let's apply the same standard to evaluating the federal government.
