Kel-Tec Warranty Question

Thinking about a used P3AT. It looks like Kel-Tec's warranty only covers the original owner.

Has anyone had any experience with Kel-Tec doing work on "second owner" firearms? If so, how did it go?

i have read of instances where a second (or third, etc) owner has sent their kel-tec in for warranty repair without any questions asked about whether or not they are the original owner. can't speak from personal experience, though. i think i read that over at the kel-tec owner's group forums. good folks over there.

I too have heard of many owners down the list having the first owners treatment
