I have always reloaded mine after a day at the range so they are ready for the next trip. No issues.

to me it makes no sense to have a 30 round mag but not fully load it in fear it will ruin it. Now you have a 28 round mag??? .

I keep all my AR mags loaded at 28 rounds. I have a hard enough time remembering to push/pull when seating a mag and this gives me a little better chance.

I never load any of mine except for my home gun and my carry. The rest stored unloaded. Guess the stored guns really dont matter but just feel safer with that even know the stored ones are locked in the safe.
