Just got my card and they screwed up

I paid for a lifetime but only received the 3 year. Anyone know who to contact to correct this?

Call the State Police and explain what happened. As long as you have your copy of the money order they'll probably change it for you without a hassle.

Call the Indiana State Police Firearms Section in Indianapolis, they can get that handled for you. (317)233-8758 / (317)232-8264

Keep in mind that the printed text on the paper that your license is printed on will probably say "expires in 4 years".

At least it did when I got my lifetime.

However, the text on the actual license is correct. Actually, under where it says "expires", it is just blank.

Lt. Berkey at the Indiana State Police fixed the mistake immediately. I had a new correct lifetime LTCH within a week.
