    Not surprising.
Just another moron who's too dumb to see who our friends are and who our enemies are.
Been a lot of that going around.

Let's leave aside the issue of whether or not Israel is our "friend" so that the isolationists here can't object. All it takes is just a smidgen of self-honesty and a cursory review of the events of the past year or so in that region to understand that Hamas started this fight, that their objectives are political and not military, and that they are demonstrably willing to heap up their own children dead in the streets as a strategy for victory.

It's like the kid who throws stones at you. Not all of them hit you, but some do and they hurt, so you tell him to stop or you're gonna pound him. This cycle continues for a year or so, your patience wears thin, and the next time he starts throwing stones, you start to whip his butt. While you're pounding him, he reaches over, grabs his little brother - a toddler - and uses him as a shield. Once you've hurt his little brother, he runs screaming to his parents who call the police and complain that you beat up a toddler. Everyone ignores the stones scattered about your lawn and the bruises on your body from those hurled projectiles and condemns you because you hit a toddler.

I have no respect for a people who would use their own kids as shields to hide them from their assailant, and I have even less respect for folks who witness such tactics and ignore them to vilify the other party.

"Virtually stealing" being defined as a fair market price for development and production in a society unable to do so itself.

Obama and Carter are a couple of choirboys compared to some of what we've seen in the past. Not saying I like them, either.

Obama and Carter are the two worst presidents in the history of this nation, in my opinion. That's saying something because we've had a LOAD of crappy men in the Whitehouse.

The Iranian Revolution was caused by the U.S. and the U.K. when we overthrew the Iranian government in the 1950's. This was so BP could continue virtually stealing oil from Iran.

I am guessing you skipped out the week that Social Studies class covered the Middle East? The bottom line here is that those people have demonstrated repetitively that they cannot exist in stable form without a government which we would consider unacceptably authoritarian, and that the Shah's government was stable albeit less free than our standard, and would have maintained order AS THE MOST FREE ISLAMIC NATION ON THE PLANET (OK, perhaps not more free than the UAE, but by far better than anywhere else) without that stupid MFSB peanut farmer demanding of the Shah that he passively watch as a revolution unfolded inside his tent. If Jimmy ever had a brain, he was born with it up his ass and sh*t it out. Time hasn't helped him. He is still proving that he could screw up a two-car funeral procession and that he is impossibly stupid.
