Well so far all I bought was a Cleaning kit for my Mosin that was missing when I bought mine. But I saw Mosins for $99.00 just down the row from Bobcat Steel and spam cans of 54r for $80.00. And I found the Tannerite! Going to buy some tomorrow after my shift at the Mourdock for senate Booth. Budget is small this time so I'm just going to get a little ammo, after I decide how much Tannerite to buy!

Tannerite seemed to be the "in" thing. There were at least a dozen booths with it. I wasn't looking for any, so I didn't pay attention to the prices. Picked up a couple of ammo cans, an Otis cleaning kit at a good price and a pair of EP4 earplugs.

Picked up two mags for my Glock 23, one book and a sweet EESE 4 from our own Beloved Knife Lady! Thanks Sheila! I also got to talk to a lot of great people and had a lot of fun. There were a few good deals mixed in with some pretty high prices.

Bought a bunch of ammo, nylon holsters, pistol carry zippered bags, snap caps, a knife with spring assist, more LED micro flashlights.

Most importantly, I met Que and bought an INGO beer mug and chamber flag for the AK. He's a nice guy but I have been pronouncing his username wrong for awhile!

Freaking cold BTW in the opening line.

Edit: beer mug is for me, not the AK

Waiting in line to get in I got a Walther P22 from the guy in front of me. It had the case, tools 2 mags, and a fobus paddle holster and I got the whole thing for $200. That is one of the better deals I have found there.

Also got a new set of black and silver checkered combat grips for my j-frame.

I hadn't planned on buying a gun, but I was pretty focused on what I was looking at (old milsurp mostly, but also the Ithacas). I think if you don't have some kind of plan, it can seem a little bit like what you describe.

I had planned on buying a gun, but the used stuff was more then I would pay elsewhere. I went back to check on one table that looked like it had a decent deal on a 686. It was in a glass case for 529 I believe. Long story short he had it and a 586 right next to it for 600 something. Both were missing the rear sight... I should have known better. His tables had more junk guns (ie beat) then anyone else.

Bought a 50-round box of 9 mm Speer Gold Dots for $25. Also got a lower parts kit, charging handle and flash hider for my AR (not a great deal on the LPK but I got it for what I had budgeted). Also got some cast .45 bullets, a set of .223 dies, and a couple of p-mags.

Oh yeah, and a lovely 10-inch round piece of steel from Bobcat.

I bought three bags of the cinnamon and sugar coated pecans. They were the best deal that I saw all day...Buy two and get one free.
I didn't even see a single gun that I thought was a good deal. I was pretty disappointed.

ZX and PSS both had plenty. What do you consider a good deal? Their prices aren't going to be beat by anyone.

They sold quickly. ZX said they didn't have many because they where going to be making a deal with Sig soon. Neither had the particular model I was looking for. My bf picked one up last show for $479 + tax. I was hoping to find one around that price. I guess they are in high demand. I did buy my M&P from PSS. Best price there.
