Keep it up! Just remember if you smoke another one, you've got to start all over. Keep it up so that this won't be wasted time.

Good luck, you can do it. Everytime you say no and don't smoke you are winning.
Let us know how you are doing...

I quit dipping after 20 years 60 days ago. I figured that I would be over it now, but I still want one on a daily basis.

You can do it, sounds like your mind is made up. After smoking 35 or so years, I quit cold turkey 9 years ago. It's so much better when you quit.

Hi 68 Go for it, I had smoked for over 40 years at over a pack a day. When the Chantix pills first came out I wanted to try them. Luckily my employee medical plan covered them and after consultations with the doctor and clinic I finally got them.
WOW after 3 days I DIDNT WANT a cigarett even though they say you can smoke the first week.
After 2 months I quit the Chantix, the doctor didnt like that and wanted me to stay on the pills for 6 months. but after 2 months, I knew I was an EX SMOKER and have stayed that way. Its getting past that first few weeks, I know, nicotine is a tough tough addiction to quit.
But you can do it, So go for it and look how much more ammo or perhaps a new gun you will be able to use the ciggy money for
Best of luck from one who has been there!
