ITT: I call the ATF stupid(C&R bs)

I went to the ATF website a few weeks ago and ordered the application for a C&R license(5310.16). Morons sent me a 5310.12


It wasn't my screw-up either, because there is a sheet with the date, order number, etc on it and the item number says ATF-F5310.16


Can you still get these at a field office? I think there's one in Hammond.
