Yeah, they come up with every excuse in the world why they've no choice but to hock up a loogey on the sidewalk, factory floor, office floor, in a machine basin, where ever they want and yet some how manage to restrain themselves in their own living room, kitchen, dining room, inside their car... jerks are jerks.

You fart anywhere and don't own up to it by saying "I'm Sorry" or "Excuse me"....

You borrow a movie or a book and wait until 3 years later to return it to the person you borrow it from....

You are overweight and wear clothes that are WAY too small for you, or if it's a female, you walk around in public with a tank top that shows WAY more than anyone in the WORLD wants to see.....

You drive in the left lane of the hiway and don't pass the people in the right lane while holding up traffic behind you....

You see/don't see a car coming up fast in the left lane and pull out RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM and (possibly) SLAM on your brakes...

You don't pay a lick of attention while you drive period....
