    I agree that Halloweeners should at least make a costume, not just show up. And no adults. I know they have to guard their kids, but get free candy?

    I have no problem with kids from other neighborhoods coming around trick or treating, once my parent's moved to Indiana quite a few years ago, the closest house was over a quarter mile away so we didn't get to trick or treat anymore. Now I am all for kids from other neighborhoods coming to trick or treat, as long as they are respectful
