The notch on top in the upper left actually chipped away at the finish. I'd say its about 1mm deep.

Um... isn't that the notch for the dust cover detent?

Yeah, it sure is. Unless there is something else in the picture that I'm missing, that is perfectly normal.

I have the same issue is brand new POF P415 after 200 rounds. POF replcaced my upper receiver and same wear on the new receiver appeared after about 70 rounds. I guess their Roller Cam Pin doesn't really solve the upper receiver wear.
