    Its not illegal at all. And to be honest since ammo has doubled in price from pre Obama era I have cut way down on shooting. The only way I can afford to shoot even a modest amount now a days is to buy ammo in bulk.

    As election fear (that O might be reelected) fuels the hoarders to buy and store even larger amounts ammo it creates shortages and ever soaring higher prices.

    So pretty much everyone I know that shoots regularly buys in bulk. Having a couple of thousand rounds on hand is almost a necessity if shooting is a hobby.

    In Massachusetts, when ever the reporters do a story when guns and ammo are seized they call it a cache of weapons. It may only be 2 guns and 50 rounds of ammo but it sounds more dangerous. Oh my god I have over a dozen cache's of weapons. Quick call the reporters I am a menace to society.
