Most of the staff can place orders but Mark and Lisa do the majority of it so that they have a better track of what has been ordered.
If someone is looking for something and the distributors show they have it in stock, I have been locking it in and getting a deposit from the customer.
Our main problem is the shipping. Most of the distributors can not get things out the door in the 1 or 2 days they were shipping. Most are at least 5 to 10 days now before it leaves the warehouse. Some are even longer.
We will continue to get as much as possible as quickly as possible.
