A couple of years ago my dad picked up a guys reloading set off of him and never used it. Since he spends most of his time/money on shooting and collecting black-powder muzzle-loaders, he gave me the reloading stuff, since he doesn't really shoot too much of the modern pistols and rifles.
My question for you guys is what else do I need to start hand loading my own rounds besides the obvious materials: powder, primers, bullets, casings.

    What I have:
    Berry's MFG Tumbler
Lee Powder Scale (not a digital scale)
Lee Press (not sure of model)
    Lee Shell Holders
    Lee Auto Prime
    Lee Dies: 30 Carbine, 44 Mag, 270Win, and 6.5x55

You have the basics in terms of equipment.
What do you plan on reloading?

You are missing a reloading book or two?
    Books
Recommend the Lyman 49th Edition along with Loadbook One Book/One Caliber series.

    Equipment
Might want to get a reloading block and something to hold your end ammo.
Ammo boxes, or bags, or coffee can, etc.

A set of caliper to take measurements of your ammo.

Some type of bullet hammer to take apart the rounds you make an error on.

Optional - Case gauge or use the barrel of the handgun you plan on loading for. If you are going to be loading for handgun.

Also you have a bench and lighting ready?

What do you plan on reloading?

Yes I just finished building a bench in the basement with a bunch of lighting.

As far as what I want to reload, mainly .45acp and eventually .223. I don't have any of the calibers that I have dies for so they are kinda useless to me as of right now.

In addition to what jediagh said... case lube.

I recommend Lee Case Lube or Imperial Sizing Wax.

But he is going to be reloading .45ACP at first so with a carbine die it's not really needed. I was under the impression that it's more for rifle cases then pistol. :dunno:

I was going by the fact that he will eventually do .223.

Also .30 Carbine is good to lube even with carbide dies.
